Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Signs Payment Agreements With Guam Health Insurance Companies

Los Angeles, Calif. (Oct. 15, 2007) -- Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles announced it has signed direct payment agreements with three of the leading health insurance companies in Guam. 

The medical center’s agreements with SelectCare, TakeCare and NetCare in Guam will allow the insurance companies’ eligible patients to obtain specialized care and treatment at Cedars-Sinai. 

Patients with insurance coverage will only be responsible for co-payments and/or any deductibles, according to Spencer Koerner, M.D., medical director of the Center for International Health and Telemedicine.
