Shaun Daneshrad, MD, FACC


Shaun S. Daneshrad, MD, FACC is a cardiologist at the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute.    He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology.

Dr. Daneshrad’s clinical focus is on echocardiography interpretations and cardiovascular disease.  He is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in microbiology at the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Daneshrad earned his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.   He completed his internal medicine internship and residency at Loma Linda University, followed by a chief residency at Riverside General University Hospital. He was a clinical instructor at Loma Linda school of medicine.  He performed a fellowship in cardiology at Loma Linda University.

Previously,  Dr. Daneshrad was a medical director of a skilled nursing facility in Santa Monica, California, clinical chief of cardiology at Brotman Medical Center in Culver City, California and clinical chief of Cardiology at Olympia Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
