Helps parents find quality childcare, school, camp and transportation resources near work or home. Includes in-person and telephone consultation on childcare options, customized referrals to licensed childcare facilities, school ratings reports, Parent Child Care Guides, childcare tax credit information and more!

Parent Matters

Consultation with child development specialists on all child rearing and work/family concerns, including parenting, maternity leave planning, lactation support, child development, divorce and single parenting issues.

Education Matters

Helps employees locate educational options for their children. Services include school rating reports, educational consultation and referrals to public and private schools, tutors, special needs resources and educational advocates.

Relocation Matters

Full range of services to help relocating employees and their families make a smooth life transition. Includes referrals to childcare programs, schools, camps and pet services, housing information, school district rating reports, information on moving with kids, trailing spouse career transition support and Relocation Packet.

Elder Matters

Experts predict that within the next few years as many as 40 percent of employees will be caring for elderly parents and relatives. Elder Matters provides guidance and support, referrals to elder care resources, educational materials and caregiver support groups for employees. Includes practical, financial, medical and legal information.

Self Matters

Stress management and assertiveness training, managing change and transition, work/life balance planning, recreation and wellness resources and discounted health club memberships to help employees maintain or improve their health and productivity.

Referrals to pet sitters, vets, groomers, pet-friendly hotels and more!
