Crisis Response

We provide a full spectrum of critical incident management services (CISM) to organizations and individuals experiencing traumatic events that have the potential of interfering with individual and organizational functioning. Our Critical Incident Stress Management Team offers individual and group interventions, stress resistance and crisis mitigation training and consultation in the establishment of workplace crisis and disaster response programs.

Creating Success Leadership Retreats

A day-long interactive experience to promote the development of a supportive, inclusive and productive work culture. Through team-building, communication and personal assessment exercises, participants learn to embrace risk as a self-development tool and get strategies for dealing with conflict and change. Includes pre-program consultation and expert-facilitated debriefing.
