Community Partners for Healthy Habits
Helping children and families develop healthier habits for eating and physical activity is a goal we share with numerous schools and other partner organizations. These community partners help build participation in our programs and provide sites and logistical support for events and activities. They also provide specialist expertise. For example, the Los Angeles Police Department supplements our Healthy Habits for Families curriculum with training on community safety and domestic violence.
