- Submit the following documents:
- Application form
- Medical Transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
- Wallet size photo (optional)
- ECFMG status report (for foreign medical graduate only)
- USMLE transcripts
- Dean's letter
- CV
- California license is required to start the program.
