Written Orders Required
To promote patient safety, we require a written order for all imaging studies. A written order is a statement of the procedure/test requested with the ordering physician's signature. Handwritten, electronic and stamped signatures or our Online Request to Schedule are all acceptable. Clinical signs and/or symptoms with their duration should be included.
Once a study or procedure is completed, the patient will be referred back to the referring physician.
