History: 22 year old female with history of acute pre-B cell lymphoblastic leukemia, status-post chemotherapy and subsequent allogenic bone marrow transplant approximately two months prior to admission, presents with diarrhea, mild abdominal pain, and a rash on the palms and soles of her feet.
