History

A 68 year female with dyspnea on exertion underwent a CT coronary angiogram as part of her workup. The CTA showed no evidence of coronary atherosclerosis, however, an abnormal appearance of her lungs prompted a CT of the chest for further evalauation.

Question: Which answer best describes the pertinent findings?

1. Irregular, small nodules and bizarre shaped cysts, surrounded by normal lung
2. Multiple solid and cystic nodules in a predominately central and dorsal distribution
3. Diffuse bilateral thin walled cysts with normal intervening lung
4. Multiple thin walled cysts involving less than 10% of the lung
