History: 18 year-old girl with 4 day history of sore throat develops acute onset cough, shortness of breath, and chest pain. Chest CT is ordered to further evaluate.

Question: Salient pulmonary findings include:

1. Lobar pneumonia
2. Bilateral cavitary pulmonary nodules
3. Definite evidence of metastatic disease
4. Benign hamartomas
5. Multiple vascular malformations
