History: 18 year-old girl with 4 day history of sore throat develops acute onset cough, shortness of breath, and chest pain. Chest CT is ordered to further evaluate.

Question: Salient pulmonary findings include:
- Lobar pneumonia
- Bilateral cavitary pulmonary nodules
- Definite evidence of metastatic disease
- Benign hamartomas
- Multiple vascular malformations
