Cedars-Sinai: An A for Safety
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center was awarded a grade of A for safety by the Leapfrog Group, a non-profit quality improvement organization which promotes safety in hospitals, in a new national report card aimed at encouraging hospitals to do more to end thousands of preventable injuries and deaths.
More than 40% of California hospitals received a grade of C or lower.
