Application Process

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants to the fellowship program must be graduates of an approved United States or Canadian medical school. International/foreign medical graduates must be certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) and be eligible for a J1 visa.

Acceptance to the program is contingent on completion of an accredited neurology residency training program.

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Letter of Intent
  • 3 Letters of recommendation
