Supportive Care Services

The goal of Supportive Care Services is to ensure that each cancer patient receives comprehensive, individualized patient-centered care. Our physicians, nurses, social workers and dietitians work collaboratively to help patients cope effectively with the stress of their cancer and its treatment.

Our team can provide patients and their family and friends with education and information on diets and supplements, as well as referrals to acupuncture services, exercise programs and community-based support groups. Many patients find it helpful to receive supportive assistance beyond the clinical treatment options to help manage symptoms that commonly occur during treatment, such as depression and anxiety.
