The Integrated Healthcare Association is a nonprofit, California-wide group of health plans, physician groups, hospitals and healthcare systems, as well as health plan purchasers, consumers and representatives of pharmaceutical companies, technology and academic organizations.

The group was formed in 1994 to create breakthrough improvements in healthcare services for Californians by encouraging collaboration among key stakeholders.
