GI Endoscopy Patient Satisfaction

To continually monitor and improve patient satisfaction with gastronintestinal (GI) endoscopy services, Cedars-Sinai provides all patients with an opportunity to provide immediate feedback when they leave the GI Endoscopy Laboratory.

A willingness to recommend a service to family and friends is a strong indicator of a patient's satisfaction with the services he or she has received.

Patients at the GI Endoscopy Laboratory were asked to select one of the following answers regarding their willingness to recommend Cedars-Sinai GI Endoscopy Laboratory to family or friends:

  • Strongly agree.
  • Agree.
  • Disagree.
  • Strongly Disagree.
