Research Focus

Lung transplantation, COPD, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, Pulmonary Hypertension, and alpha one anti-trypsin deficiency.

Current investigations include:

CMV prophylaxis in lung transplantation. Viral infections in lung transplant patients. Novel therapies for pulmonary hypertension and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
