Neonatology

Yolanda F. Brown-Madan, MD is a neonatologist in the Pediatrics Department at Cedars-Sinai.  Prior to joining Cedars-Sinai, she was a neonatologist for the Jacobi Medical Center at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine.

Dr. Brown-Madan specializes in neonatal-perinatal medicine.  She has participated in a large study focused on neonatal growth and nutrition.  She has been a frequent lecturer to colleagues and residents on various neonatal topics.

After graduating from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in biology, Dr.  Brown-Madan earned her medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.  She performed a residency in pediatrics at the Jacobi Medical Center at Albert Einstein College of Medicine followed by a clinical/research fellowship at the Children’s Hospital, Harvard University, in Boston.
