Dear Elective Applicant:
We appreciate your interest in our senior student electives at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. To be considered, applicants must submit all required and supplemental documentation along with their application. It is also required that applicants must have completed all of the required clerkships and be in their final year by the time they are planning to enroll in the elective. Notification and Acceptance Process Student Coordinators will contact the student applicant with an elective offer. The applicant must respond to accept the offer and submit an online payment of $75.00 within one week from the time the offer was made in order for enrollment to actually take place. |

Forms of Payment Accepted Cedars-Sinai currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover |
Cancellations and Refunds The elective fee is non-refundable or transferable to another elective. |
Course Catalog Visiting students will be considered for senior clinical electives only. Core clinical clerkships are not available to visiting students. |
Evaluation Visiting students should bring with them a copy of their home school's evaluation form for completion by the elective sponsor. |
Correspondence All correspondence with Cedars-Sinai regarding the status of your elective request and inquiries regarding availability of a specific elective will be addressed by the appropriate Student Coordinator. |
Parking Parking fee is $20.00 for the term of the elective. Students will need to pay this fee directly to the Parking Office on their first day of rotation. |
Housing Visiting students are responsible for securing their own housing. The Student Affairs Officer and the Student Coordinators do not maintain or provide any information related to housing. |
