CSMC Users

  • Sorting on FACSAriaIII:
    $80/hr acquisition/analysis, plus $80 for equipment set up
  • Sorting on MoFlo or Ariall:
    $60/hr acquisition/analysis, plus $60 for equipment set up
  • Cyan
    $60/hr - acquisition/analysis or $40/hr -independent acquisition/analysis      
  • LSR II 
    $60/hr - acquisition/analysis or $45/hr-independent acquisition/analysis
  • Fortessa (Satellite Core)
    $60/hr - acquisition/analysis or $45/hr-independent acquisition/analysis. RMI based users will be charged a discounted rate of $35/hr for use of the Fortessa.
  • FACScan
    $60/hr - acquisition/analysis   or   $30/hr -independent acquisition/analysis. No charge for use of computer for on Computer Work Station (used for analysis of FACScan data).
  • FlowJo Software
    Offered through site licensing – annual fee is approximately $400/computer

  • Summit Software
    Beckman Coulter software for flow cytometry is available free of charge

Non-CSMC users

  • Fees are the same as CSMC user fees with additional 65% to cover overhead costs .
