Randall McNally, PhD, received his doctorate at the University of California, Berkeley, and performed postdoctoral research under Michael J. Eck, MD, PhD, at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School. He is primarily interested in using biochemistry and structural biology to study regulation by modular protein domains in cell signaling networks.

Hanieh Hossein-Nejad-Ariani, PhD, received her undergraduate degree from the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, in animal biology; her master's degree from Tarbiat Modares University in Tehran; and her doctorate from the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, Poland. She carried out her postdoctoral training at Chapman University School of Pharmacy for more than two years. Her skills include in vitro studies and biophysical and biochemical techniques, mostly on peptide and peptide metal complexes.
