Weisman Laboratory

The Weisman Laboratory focuses on genetic and environmental triggers for chronic rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and systemic lupus erythematosus. We also study disease prevention with early clinical interventions for diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. In addition, the lab also studies genetic epidemiology of ankylosing spondylitis and hand osteoarthritis.

The Weisman Laboratory is affiliated with the Department of Medicine.
