Training and Curriculum

The Cedars-Sinai Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship’s overall goal is to provide a well-rounded educational training program that incorporates clinical, research and simulation experience in complex benign gynecology over the course of three years. The program aims to cultivate professional and ethical future leaders in the field of MIGS.

The fellowship faculty are nationally and internationally recognized and have diverse backgrounds and clinical focus. The faculty include MIGS fellowship trained physicians, as well as faculty from other specialties including REI, FPMRS and colorectal and simulation specialists.

Cedars-Sinai has one of the largest gynecologic surgical volumes in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, with about 3,000 gynecologic admissions and more than 5,000 surgical procedures performed each year.
