Diagnostic Radiology Residency
Led by some of the nation’s best educators in health science, our programs are at the forefront of translational medicine and healthcare innovation.
The Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Cedars-Sinai provides a 4-year academically and clinically oriented training program beginning at the second postgraduate year (PGY-2). The program is under the direction of Thomas J. Learch, MD, and is fully accredited by the American Board of Radiology and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. Radiology subspecialty training prepares the resident to become eligible for certification by the American Board of Radiology.

Program Testimonial
Radiology is a great specialty, which allows for balance between career and family. I was able to have two children during my radiology residency at Cedars-Sinai and still was able to complete the program without any delays. This program provides a supportive environment, which enabled me to excel both as a radiology resident and as a mother and spouse."
