Orthopaedic Surgery Residency

Cedars-Sinai's Orthopaedic Residency Program has been developed to meet a growing demand for highly trained, highly skilled and compassionate orthopaedic surgeons. Our institution has a uniformly positive reputation for superb clinical care, superior outcomes and our training program matches this national recognition for excellence. Our faculty is dedicated to education throughout the medical center and has been involved in continuing medical education nationwide for decades.
The Cedars-Sinai Department of Orthopaedics offers a five-year program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The program is approved for five residents per year. The curriculum in the Cedars-Sinai Orthopaedic Residency Program is designed to provide a holistic combination of clinical experience, didactic teaching and research to train residents to be compassionate physicians, excellent orthopaedic surgeons and critical thinkers. The clinical experience is broad, high volume and diverse in an extraordinary and dynamic academic environment.
Training & Curriculum
Residents and fellows gain experience in all facets of orthopaedic surgery, as well as specialized training in current therapeutic modalities.
