Frequently Asked Questions
We offer two ways to register for a course:
Online
Go to CME Courses, select the course and click Register Now.
Telephone
Call the CME office at 310-423-5548, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time (U.S.). Please have the course name ready to give to the registrar.

To access the faculty course information, log in to the CME Portal and click Faculty in the right navigation bar, then follow the instructions on the faculty page
Conference participants can download their individual CME certificates from the Cedars-Sinai CME Portal after filling out the course evaluation form.
- A post-course email will be sent with instructions on how to log in and complete your evaluation online to claim your credit.
- Upon completion of the online evaluation, you will be able to download your certificate.
- Please be sure to complete your evaluations, as the data collected will influence content for the upcoming conference.
You can view certificates and transcripts via the CME Portal. Click on Evaluations and Certificates or Transcripts in the right navigation bar.
Regularly scheduled series (RSS), which include grand rounds, case conferences, and other internal meetings, are available only to doctors and allied health practitioners affiliated with Cedars-Sinai.

To view CME credits, log in to the CME Portal. In the left navigation bar, click Transcripts and set the date range. You can email or print your transcript from the portal.
- Be sure to text in your attendance for any session you attend.
- If credit is missing from an activity that you know you attended, please contact the appropriate RSS coordinator.

Educational Planning
Cedars-Sinai CME courses are developed to keep physicians and the healthcare team on the leading edge of medical practice. Our experienced CME staff arranges a wide variety of courses in cooperation with our medical staff and faculty physicians.
CME activities include:
- Live courses (half-day, single-day and multi-day)
- Regularly scheduled series (grand rounds, case conferences, tumor boards, morbidity and mortality conferences)
- Online activities

Courses are typically listed three to four months before the course start date. If you have questions about a course that isn't listed yet, email us at cme@cshs.org.
You need to ask to be taken off the American Medical Association's mailing list directly; we do not have the authority to remove your name. Please contact the AMA for information regarding removal from AMA mailing lists.
