Application Information
Cedars-Sinai's Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship is a Society of Surgical Oncology (SSO)-approved training program. All applications must be established through the SSO Match Program. Please visit the Society of Surgical Oncology website for additional application information.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be eligible or certified by the American Board of Surgery or an equivalent certifying body. Applicants must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of California including:
- Must have received all medical school education and graduated from a program listed in one of the following:
- LCME Accredited U.S. Programs
- World Directory of Medical Schools
- Medical Schools Recognized by the Medical Board of California, and;
- Must successfully complete the required Board-approved postgraduate training. Medical Board of California-approved training programs include those accredited by either the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
