Application Information
Fellows are selected through the Critical Care Anesthesiology Fellowship Match using the SF Match service.
The SF match takes place in June and will be used to process all applicants who want to start their fellowship training in August of the following year. Applicants are responsible for ensuring they meet all prerequisites for eligibility prior to registering for the match. There is a $150 nonrefundable applicant registration fee that covers registration and matching.
Application Instructions
Applications must be submitted and received between November and April. Interviews will be conducted from March to April.

The Fellowship Selection Committee will review all complete applications (application, curriculum vitae, resident in-training exam report and letters of recommendation). Candidates will then be contacted for an interview.
Appointees must qualify for their respective boards in anesthesia. Possession of a full and unrestricted license to practice as a physician in the state of California is an absolute requirement. If you are unsure as to your qualifications to obtain this license, you may get specifics from:
