Clinical Care
To use their clinical expertise, to gain clinical credibility with health system clinicians, and to promote familiarity with health system workflows, personnel and information systems, fellows will be encouraged to practice clinically in their primary specialties within the Cedars-Sinai health system. The fellowship program will advocate for fellows to practice as attendings in their area of prior training and will work to find clinical situations fitting their expertise. Around 10-20% of fellowship time is protected for clinical practice in fellows' primary specialties. Clinical moonlighting is allowed but not required.
