Application Information
Fellows interested in joining the Vascular Surgery Fellowship program at Cedars-Sinai need to apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Instructions for completing and submitting the ERAS application is available on their website.
Important Dates
The application deadline for the academic year is December 15 of the prior year.
Eligibility Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school, or a valid certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates
- Eligibility letter from the California Medical Board
- Completed general surgery residency from a program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education
- U.S. Medical Licensing Examination Level 1–3
- American Board of Surgery In-Training Examination scores
Application Instructions
- All applications are through the ERAS. Please contact ERAS for detailed procedures to complete the application.

- Submit the following documents:
- Application form
- Medical transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
- Wallet-size photo
- Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates status report (for foreign medical graduate only)
- United States Medical Licensing Examination transcripts
- Curriculum vitae
