Application Information

• Be enrolled in or have completed a residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).
• Be board-certified or eligible for certification in a primary ABMS, RCPSC, AOA, or CFPC specialty.
• Be eligible for a California medical license.
