Application Information

All applicants, applying to the Cedars-Sinai Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Fellowship must apply through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and submit the following documents, through ERAS.

• Application
• Curriculum vitae
• Two letters of recommendation
• Additional letter of recommendation from the residency program director
• Medical school diploma or transcript
• Personal statement
• Photograph
• Scores from either United States Medical Licensing Examination (USLME) or
• Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX-USA)

Applicants are required to submit Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG) scores directly to the fellowship program, either mail or email:

Additionally, applicants to our program must register for the National Resident Matching Program and be American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology eligible.

Applicants who match to the Cedars-Sinai Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility must immediately start the process to obtain a license from the  Medical Board of California.

SREI-Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Board

• May 1, 2024, 12pm CST - Deadline for fellowship applicants to submit application.
• June 4, 2024 - Initial notification to invite candidate to interview.
• June 11, 2024 - 12pm CST - Initial deadline for applicants to accept or decline interview date
• June 21, 2024 - Deadline for alerting invited candidates as to which interview date they are given (including option of wait listing them if they can-not make the offered slot)
