Ruf-Zamojski Lab
The Ruf-Zamojski Lab focuses on understanding the mechanisms of gene regulation and epigenetic circuits that underlie cell states and fates, as well as their variation in health and disease. The lab specifically concentrates on the master gland of the body, the pituitary gland. We are applying several innovative single-cell approaches to decipher cell identities and responses to stimuli.
Personal Statement
I hold an engineering degree from the University of Technology of Compiègne, France and a PhD in biological sciences from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York. In July 2023, I joined the faculty at Cedars-Sinai Department of Medicine's Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism to expand my research on pituitary adenomas."
