Sati Lab
The Sati Laboratory focuses on the development of novel imaging biomarkers, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques, and artificial intelligence (AI) methods that aim to improve the clinical care offered to those impacted by neurological disorders. The relentless pace of innovation in MRI and the recent outburst of AI are the crest of a new wave of scientific tools for neurology clinics. By fully embracing these technological shifts, the Sati Laboratory is specially focused on enhancing clinicians’ ability to diagnose patients with neurological diseases earlier and more accurately, identify and anticipate the trajectory of their disease, and adapt treatment strategies to keep irreversible progression at bay.
The Sati Laboratory is affiliated with the Cedars-Sinai Department of Neurology and the Biomedical Imaging Research Institute.
