Lab Members
Ryusuke Suzuki, PhD, received his doctorate from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. He joined Cedars-Sinai as a project scientist after finishing his postdoctoral training at University of Connecticut and University of California, Davis. His current research interest is on a novel chromosome fragile site associated with ERBB2 amplification.
Lila Mouakkad graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a master of science in biochemistry/chemistry. She is currently a research associate in the Tanaka Laboratory working on isolating extrachromosomal circular DNA from human cells.
Nicholas Manguso, MD, is a general surgery resident at Cedars-Sinai. He attended medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. He has an interest in surgical oncology and is working under the mentorship of Hisashi Tanaka, MD, PhD, and Armando Giuliano, MD, FACS, FRCSEd.
