Our mission is to facilitate research and knowledge in biomedical sciences, patient care and healthcare administration. With extensive digital and print collections, access to key databases, technology and personalized support, the Cedars-Sinai Medical Library is a one-stop resource for the highest-quality information for Cedars-Sinai faculty, students and staff.

The Women's Guild Simulation Center for Advanced Clinical Skills is an immersive environment equipped with the latest in human-patient simulators and medical devices. The center replicates the reality of professionals working together, performing different roles and using the latest technology within our system. Multi-professional clinical skills development, teamwork, improving communication and, ultimately, patient safety are at the heart of the center’s ethos. The proactive approach—training in teams, communicating in teams and solving problems in teams—helps Cedars-Sinai provide the best possible care to patients and provides staff with the latest in educational technology.

The program sponsors resident membership to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). This allows access to the journals Pediatrics and Pediatrics in Review and access to Pediatrics Review and Education Program (PREP). The curriculum is also provided, which allows for self-assessment and preparation for the Certifying Examination in General Pediatrics administered by the American Board of Pediatrics.
