The Cedars-Sinai Medical Network—Chapman School of Pharmacy PGY-1 Program (Two positions—NMS code 236113)
Provides a comprehensive pharmacy practice training experience with emphasis in ambulatory care medication management of chronic diseases, and opportunities to learn population health management and managed care. The program also offers a teaching certification through an affiliated college of pharmacy. The resident participates in journal clubs, topic presentations and residency project. The goal of this residency is to develop a clinical pharmacist specialized in ambulatory care pharmacy practice.
Requirements for Application
- Doctor of pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Must be eligible for pharmacist licensure in the state of California
- Three letters of recommendation
- Letter of intent
- Official transcripts sent directly from school of pharmacy to PhORCAS
- Current curriculum vitae
