Application Information
For the PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program, Cedars-Sinai only accepts applications through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service. We participate in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Resident Match Program.
Positions will be filled according to the rules of the National Matching Service (NMS)

Instructions and Information for Applicants
Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and have successfully completed (or be in process of completing) a PGY-1 Advanced Pharmacy Practice Residency. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in California and are expected to be licensed within 90 days of program initiation. Staffing requirement is four days per month.
Applicants will need to submit:
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of intent
- Official pharmacy school transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation submitted via PhORCAS
- Completed PhORCAS forms

Interview and Selection Process

Benefits
The salary for the resident is $64,000. Benefits for the PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency include 26 days of vacation/holiday time, 10 of which are used for educational leave. Medical and dental insurance are also available.
