RECOOP Grants
The RECOOP HST Association provides an opportunity for the development of diverse talents in varying specialties to focus on sharing and integrating knowledge within the association. The RECOOP Grant system is designed to empower scientists to undertake creative research, encourage collaboration and foster projects that are strongly related to a RECOOP common mechanism of diseases research strategy and areas of interest in the Association including:
- Obesity, correlation of peripheral and central insulin resistance
- Obesity, apoptosis, mitochondrial dysfunction
- Obesity, reproductive health, myometrium contractility
- Obesity, pregnancy, gestational diabetes, birth outcome
- Obesity, breastfeeding, immune development of newborn
- Obesity, low-grade inflammation, neurodegenerative diseases
- Obesity, low-grade inflammation, cardiovascular diseases
- Low-grade inflammation and immune system response
- Research in oncology, infections, immunology, lifestyle and quality of life
